All services are digital and delivered electronically. Refund eligibility depends on the project stage at the time of request.
A full refund is available if you cancel within 48 hours of purchase AND no work has begun. Email hello@topseocopywriter.com with your order details.
If work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued for the uncompleted portion. We will provide a clear breakdown.
Refunds are not available after final deliverables have been sent and approved, or after 30 days of client unresponsiveness.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
